Ben got his start working for Midland Memorial Hospital in Midland, TX as their construction coordinator where he managed several expansion projects for the hospital system. After leaving the hospital, he worked for Fisher-Pearson as a general contractor managing projects all across the Dallas/Fort Worth area including the Fort Worth Cancer Care facility downtown. In 2004, Ben decided it was time to focus on his passion of building custom homes and fulfilling the dreams of his clientele by delivering beautifully crafted homes at affordable prices. Ben's wife Trisha is also very involved in their business working as the office manager and interior decorator after having been a teacher for 9 years.

Ben and Trisha like to spend time up front with their clients, getting to know them and their style prior to the design and planning process. Ben will work with local architects and visit the building sites multiple times before presenting a formal design and construction plan to a client. Once a plan has been approved by the client, production begins and construction will take 4 to 6 months depending on various aspects of the build.
